Vertical balancing machines are ideal for rotors without their own journals. The arrangement of the clamped parts directly on the precision spindle means no special auxiliary shafts are necessary and the rotors to be balanced can be quickly and conveniently accommodated by simply mounting them on the machine. The permanent calibration makes calibration runs superflous; the clear and understandable display avoids complicated conversions.

Schenck Horizontal balancing machines enable a wide range of rotors with their own main journals to be precisely balanced. They are suitable for cylindrical rotors such as armatures, fans, crankshafts or pump rotors and, with an auxiliary shaft, for disc shaped rotors too, such as pulleys and flywheels or toothed wheels.

Why Is Machine Monitoring necessery ?
Since all machines are subject to wear during usage, certain maintenance and repair work will, in time, become necessary.
